What is Fitness February?

We're bringing back our popular Fitness February challenge in 2025! This month-long, at-home fitness challenge is designed by Boulder Karate instructors to help you stay active and strong through the winter. With workouts created for all ages and fitness levels, this challenge is the perfect way to keep moving in February!

How Does It Work?

  • Sign-Up: Pay just $10 to join the challenge.

  • Workouts: You’ll receive 3 online workouts per week, emailed to you every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from February 3 to February 28.

    • Monday & Friday Workouts: Custom-designed by Boulder Karate instructors.

    • Wednesday Workouts: You'll gain access to Master Randolph’s favorite MartialArts.Fit YouTube videos.

  • Track Your Progress: Pick up your accountability sheet at the dojo to track your workouts.

    • Parents need to sign off on completed workouts for kids.

    • Bring your sheet to the dojo weekly for instructor sign-offs.

What’s the Reward?


Complete all 12 workouts in February to unlock access to an exclusive Fitness February design, and your name will be displayed in the dojo with the other challenge survivors!

The exclusive design will be available for everyone who completes the challenge use on T-shirts, hoodies, or other gear that can be purchased through our online store.
